Although I’ve had to start this journey over several times, I was still determined to complete this course . I had to re-evaluate each time from start because I was setting unrealistic goals. Not that those goals can’t be achieved, but realizing I needed to start with small goals first and then gradually increase my expectations for myself. You have helped me in more ways than you know! You taught me stay true to myself and to hold myself accountable.

Before this 30 day commitment, I was stuck and lost trying to figure out my purpose in life. That is a scary feeling and place to be in. You have inspired and motivated me to think outside the box and not feel ashamed of where I am and where I want to be on my journey. I truly appreciate you for leading by example. Thank you, thank you, thank you from the bottom of my heart!
